Berner Kantonalbank (BEKB) is to nominate former Zuger Kantonalbank (Zuger KB) wealth management head Petra Kalt for a seat on its board of directors.
She will be nominated at the general meeting on 13 May.
If approved, Kalt will succeed Stefan Bichsel, who is retiring after four years on the board.
