Two Swiss banks are set to face off in UK courts as EFG Bank has filed a lawsuit against Mirabaud & Cie and two of its former managing partners.
The case, claiming commercial fraud, is against Mirabaud, Pierre Mirabaud and Thierry Fauchier-Magnan and has been filed with the commercial court in the UK.
Pierre Mirabaud retired from the bank as managing partner back in 2009 but has remained an adviser, staying in close contact with his clients and continuing to manage their assets.
