Julius Baer is to nominate Noel Quinn as non-executive chair of the board of directors at its annual general meeting on 10 April.
He is to succeed Romeo Lacher, who will not seek re-election as previously announced.
Due to other commitments, upon being elected, Quinn will take up his mandate on 1 May. In the meantime vice chair Richard Campbell-Breeden will assume the chair role on an interim basis.
