SSI Services has announced a new chair of the board of directors, Roger Goetz.
Goetz succeeds Alessio Mair in this move, but Mair will remain co-CEO and direct his efforts towards operational management and further development within the SSI Group.
SSI Services focuses on fiduciary services, taxation and real estate. The SSI Group also has wealth and asset management units, as well as impact investor Carnot Capital.
