UBS has announced the creation of a new unit within its Global Wealth Management (GWM) division.
The new unit, ‘Strategic Clients and Global Connectivity Unit’, is set to be run by former Credit Suisse head, Benjamin Cavalli.
Cavalli headed the Asia business in private banking at Credit Suisse for 14 years before the UBS acquisition. Since then, he has been working for UBS’s Global Wealth Management since June 2023.
