VP Bank has announced Roland Kläy as its new chief financial officer and member of the group executive management, effective 1 October 2025.
Kläy will succeed Philippe Wüst, the head of group finance, who was acting on an interim basis following the departure of Roger Barmettler at the end of 2024. This succession is subject to approval by the Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority (FMA).
Kläy co-founded Radicant Bank and served as the chief financial and risk officer from its inception. He was also a member of the executive board, as well as taking on the role of co-CEO for a period.
