Marc Giraudon, chief executive of Helvetica Property Investors, is set to step down from the role on 1 November, handing over operational management to Dominik Fischer.
Fischer, currently the chief investment officer, has worked two stints at the property asset manager, in between which he managed a real estate portfolio of around CHF 2bn for Nova Property Management.
Dirk Adriaenssen, who is responsible for asset management, will assume Fischer’s previous responsibilities.
