Hedge fund appoints seasoned private bank executive as chair

Vigama Capital has welcomed Fausto Zanetton and Christophe Guillemot to its board, the latter to serve as chair.

Guillemot is currently chair at Mirabaud, a strategic adviser at Investa Solutions and a financial adviser at AI Nexus Healthcare. Before this, he spent nine years at HSBC Private Banking, where he was global CFO. He was also global CFO of JP Morgan Private Bank.

Zenetton is founder and CEO of Tifosy Capital & Advisory. He was previously CEO and CFO at Iconic Sports Acquisition, a special purpose acquisition company in the US. Between 2010 and 2015, he worked at Morgan Stanley, latterly as an executive director.
