J Safra Sarasin has overhauled the leadership of its $243m (CHF 198.6m) Sustainable Bond – Total Return Global fund with the appointment of a new head portfolio manager and additional reinforcements, Citywire Selector can reveal.
Kevin Baker, the bank’s head of fixed income, takes the reins as lead portfolio manager, replacing Vincent Rossier.
Rossier, who joined J Safra Sarasin in 2016 from Banque Pictet, helmed the fund through a period of market volatility and shifting investor demand for ESG-aligned strategies, earning him Citywire’s top AAA manager rating last month.
