EdR names new fixed income sector head

Edmond de Rothschild has named Gary Girault as head of fixed income within its discretionary portfolio management unit in Switzerland.

The announcement, made on Girault’s LinkedIn post, mentioned Aurélie Tixerand, EdR’s chief investment officer for Switzerland, and Nicolas Bickel, group head of investment in the private banking division, with whom Girault is set to work in the new position.

Previously, Girault worked as a fixed income portfolio manager for J Safra Sarasin for more than a year.
