Private markets stalwarts Raphaela Schröder and Reto Börlin have co-launched a firm, Aurea Partners.
It will support private markets managers with entry into Switzerland, helping them navigate the local market and regulations.
The firm also offers conceptual advisory and structuring for the private markets offers of private banks and family offices, as well as marketing and fundraising for private market deals and funds. It is based in Baar, in the canton of Zug.
