Lawyers representing FNZ B-shareholders have filed a class action lawsuit against the platform technology provider in New Zealand, Citywire UK has learned.
Partners at New Zealand-based law firm Meredith Connell have been appointed to act on behalf of a group of the shareholders in the dispute following a preference share issue by FNZ’s private equity investors, which included a 2-3x guaranteed return.
Sources told Citywire that the suit was filed in the New Zealand High Court at 9am local time on Friday.
