Lukas Ruflin has decided not to stand for election to the board of directors at Leonteq’s annual general meeting (AGM).
The news comes after the company announced his replacement as CEO, Christian Spieler, who will take over on 1 March.
Ruflin will continue in the role until then. He is the second-largest shareholder, with an 8.8% stake in Leonteq at the end of last year.
