SIX and Pictet have completed a joint pilot to tokenise corporate bonds.
Fractional quantities of these assets were added to portfolios managed by Pictet Asset Management.
SIX said the process enabled a level of portfolio customisation not easily achievable through the traditional models and demonstrated the potential for tokenised securities to offer increased flexibility, efficiency, and scalable tools for providing tailored solutions to asset managers.
