Chair of the board of directors at SIX, Thomas Wellauer, has confirmed he will not stand for re-election at the annual general meeting in 2026.
Wellauer has stood as chair since 2020 and has vowed to remain fully active and committed until the handover, with no need for an acting interim.
During his term, SIX saw a lot of change, including a renewal of management. Nine out of ten members of the executive board were elected during this time.
