UBP Asset Management Europe is removing the word ‘responsible’ from the names of six Ucits sub-funds next Wednesday.
The company made the changes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements from the European Securities and Markets Authority, it confirmed to Citywire. Other asset managers, including Vontobel, have made similar moves.
It is also updating the contractual disclosures of 11 funds. In addition to the six funds which are taking new names, these changes impact the following strategies:
