The Zug government council elected Martin Kühn and Roger Wermuth to the board of directors of Zuger Kantonalbank at its meeting yesterday.
The two appointees will succeed Sabina Ann Balmer and Patrik Wettstein, who will not be seeking re-election.
Kühn is the current chief financial officer of the Kibag Group, a position he has held for more than 15 years. He has 24 years of experience in the industry, having also sat as a member of the directors’ board at different institutions.
