How Julius Baer runs discretionary mandate sales

There is a surprising perk in Beyazit Guzelyagdoken’s new post at Julius Baer. 
Following an internal switch to head of CIO office sales, he assumed oversight of three teams across Switzerland, Hong Kong and Singapore earlier this year. 

And while this requires an early morning start, it also means Guzelyagdoken can sometimes leave early for the gym. 

‘I used to have a six-pack when I was 20. Now I have a one-pack and three kids,’ he says.
